  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with tags, accessories, and invoice intact

  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return or replacement:

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear images/videos of the product and packaging
  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Return Pickup & Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will arrange pickup or reimburse return shipping charges.
  • If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  • Products must be securely packed to avoid damage during return transit.

5. Refunds
